| Question: | How to do if I lost my key |
| Solution: | If you lost your serial number for the softwares, for box version, please find the serial number on the software package. If you buy and download the software online, serial number has been emailed to you and can be retrieved at Easypano user Panel. So use your login account and password to log on to the user panel to retrieve the key. |
