Integrating HTML 5 viewer into website

Hi, I'm trying to integrate your HTML 5 viewer that someone gave me into a magento website. I've got the javascript files linked but pwvr-min.js is looking for style/loading1.gif and the scene files in the wrong place. How do I tell it where those directories are?
