how can I add buttons with little planet effect?

hi I am testing little planet and I would like to know how can I add button using little planet effect; because when I add a button (using like hotspot) when i convert to little planet, there is a popubwindows that say it will be removed.

I would like to have something like sample easypano when the image is open there is to linkks; one for send a email and another one.
