Open Tourweaver with parameters?

Is possible open Tourweaver with parameters?

For example I want open the tour in a determinate scene.

The only way I know how to do something like that is to create a "movie". When publishing you can choose which movie to play first. If that does not answer your question then I think we need more information as to what you need to accomplish.
