Tourweaver 3 and SWF files

Having a problem, I am placing hotspots in my tour, I have them set so that when they popup, a SWF file pops up. It has no audio, it's just a object movie in SWF format. For some reason, it works at first, but after I close it and open it a 2nd time, it's just a white box. I've read about it several times on the forum and I'm wondering if this is being fixed?

I've tried with TW 4 and I get the same results.
