need auto restart panning script

Is there a way to automaticly restart panning after a few seconds if some used there mouse to stop the panning?

I would be interested in this as well. I ask Easypano over a year age about a self leveling (come back to the horizon) after interruption. They said they would add it but you know how that goes!!!! I ask for it with Tourbuzz and they had it completed with 24 hours.
