Are HTML5 Tours supposed to play automaticly????

Are HTML5 Tours supposed to play automaticly like the Flash Tours????

I've had a couple PAYING customers tell me when they viewed the Tour on their iPhone that it didn't play one image after another like it did when they watched it on their PC.

Can I get a staight answer, is the HTML5 version supposed to play all the scenes automaticly like the Flash version does?
