Panorama2Flash wont launch

Hi,
I haven't used Panorama2Flash in a little while and when I just went to start it, it simply wont start. There is no error message or anything. Windows Task Manager doesn't show it running in the background. I am using Windows Vista. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that didn't help. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
