3d sound

3d sound is listed in the new features of TW6 and 6.5 but I am not seeing any reference to it in the help menu or in the tool settings. What am I missing?

3D Sound works with only .flv files.

Create an audio or video file in .flv format and your in business.

These need to be added via Media>Video (whether it has video footage or not).
