I have viewed your online published test panorama and you are right it does not work.
But I cannot see how you built this tour and what naming you have given it's components/file names. Testing on my own computer using the same scene and content works fine.
If you would like to post a link to your project file, contents and .tw file (.zip) I will take a look at it.

A strange phenomenon, these debugs are like the last one fixed with this new version 700120113 ( normal hotspots, Flash effects, media ).
Im sure that in most of computers ,Polygonal hotspot and Lens Flare works well but in some computer ( I have tested 7 computer ) do not works.

When I attempt to load project file and check the hotspots all is fine until I click "Hotspot26" and then the program pops and error and eventually crashes.
Possibly your project file is corrupted? But I can tell you once I removed Hotspot26 and redraw the polygon hotspot your project will now publish and work correctly.
I would be inclined to reinstall your Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library and Tourweaver 7.0
When installing, disable any Anti-Virus or "script" stopping software. Once installed turn these back on.
Start a totally new project to simply test the polygon and lens flare features.

Thanks a lot for your help, I have followed your instructions but the Polygonal Hotspots and Lens Flare still are missing...
I have tryed with a earlier version TW 70111028 Beta ( & 700111111 ) and I can see the Polygonal Hotspots and Lens Flare without problem, works fine??

So I think the problem is with this new version TW 700 120113
I have Tested 7 computers with Windows XP SP3 32bits , ( OS : english, spanish and french ) ,Flash Player 1101.102.55, Java 6 update 30 and java 7.02.
