tw 6.5 and 7 in same projet

it is possible to create a virtua tour with tw7 and replace flash folder for a virtualtour 6.5?
SO in this way smartphone android could see virtualtour and apple phone and tablet could see virtualtour too by html5 ; I prefer to create two virtualtour and see them in a smartphone or tablet; what i should change ?
