Scene Viewer Problem

I updated to the newest version and when I try to prview a tour the image was black which is my background color.  All the popup tabs(video, bing) work correctly but I cannot see the tour.  I can see the directional errors that I use to link to other scenes.  ANy ideas?

Are you using cubic images?

Is your flash player the latest version?

I had this problem but not sure how i got around it. Try the steps above and see how you get on.

There are errors in some of the skins. What skin are you using?

I am using a skin that I created but it worked until I updated to the new version. I also updated my flash and is still not working correctly.

I up dated my flash player could that be the problem? any suggestions.

Have you added a background image?

If so, remove it and test.

I didnt change the skin,at least I dont think I did.  However the background color was pushed to the forefront.  Once I removed the background color and then replace it worked fine.  Thank you for the help.

I believe we reported that there is a problem with TW Version 7 and background images.

I remade a couple of skins for users because of this issue.

Easypano needs to test their products before release to avoid such issue and also correct problems once they are informed.
