Website in the tour

Is it possible to have a window within the virtual tour display another web page? I apologize if this is a question that has been asked before but I am unable to find the answer.  I am able to create a pop up window and have that display a webpage but that doesn't seem to work when I use it on the ipad.

Please publish the tour into Html5 when displaying on iPad. By the way, which edition of Tourweaver are you using? The concrete builder No. can be found in help menu.
