Thanks Steve but I'm using TW-5 so the link will not help me. I need a fix for TW-5. 

Come EP let's get this fixed all of us have paid big bucks for these programs and have hundreds if not thousands of tours up that are not working.........

The problems with flash crashing When using external links was solved, but now every image  or picture in pop-up of my "Tour 360" disappeared. How come?
