Issue with loading bar placement

When trying to locate the initial loading bar on the loading window I am unable to anchor it because the anchor point selection icon is not appearing. Without this icon I can not correctly position the loading bar.

There's no anchor for the loading bar yet, we'll talk about it in the new version.:)
