It is recommended to download Easypano's Studio 2014 Professional, which includes
Panoweaver 9.00 and Tourweaver 7.80.
With Panoweaver 9.00, you can simply stich the pictures and publish the panorama
of home and with Tourweaver 7.80, you can make a virtual tour.
Besides, It would be better if you have a Fisheye lens and a Rotator which help to shoot the precise panoramic photos and creating them into a marvelous virtual tour.

You'll want a fisheye lens and a virtual reality arm (rotator) for sure. I've found that the Sigma 8mm is very standard for these types of pictures. Heres a few articles to help you get started. I regularly teach realtors how to make interactive panos. Here is what I recommend in your case :
- 8 mm Samyang fisheye is OK. Not as good - optically speaking - as the 8mm Sigma but easiest to use with Autopano stitching softawre - that I use most of the time - Feel free to take a look at my website pages, you'll find other advices about equipment, softwares and virtual tours
