Ability to resort/rearrange PopUp list

It would be very valuable for me to be able to manually arrange the popupwindow list/items, like is currently possible with scenes and maps. I have nearly 400 popups. To keep track of them, I have to currently assign each new popup a number followed by a descriptive name and then keep a separate spreadsheet to be able to locate them in the Tourweaver list.
